Rule 26
Washing of documents related to promotion
: Three years after the completion of the entire process related to promotion, other documents related to promotion other than the decision of promotion recommendation can be washed. However, when a case is pending in the court regarding a promotion, the documents related to such promotion should not be washed until the final stage of the case.
